LOYIC certifies the life cycle processes of its software solutions

We obtain the ISO/IEC 15504 and ISO/IEC 12207:2008, which guarantees that our work in the development of customised solutions is carried out according to quantifiable parameters and is fully satisfactory for our clients

LOYIC has recently obtained the ISO/IEC 15504 and ISO / IEC 12207:2008 certificates (also known as “Software Process Improvement Capability Determination” [SPICE]), which recognise the correct implementation of the software life cycle processes in the field of SAP solution development project activities, meeting the requirements of maturity level 2.

The double certification guarantees that LOYIC’s work in the development of customised solutions is carried out based on quantifiable parameters which are fully satisfactory for the client. This occurs from the first meeting we conduct to understand the requirements, to the delivery of the solution, through all phases of development, such as analysis, design, construction and testing.

This demonstrates that in achieving this widely recognised certification, LOYIC is taking another step forward in terms of guaranteeing solutions.

The ISO/IEC 15504 and ISO/IEC 12207:2008 certificates also represent an important basis on which company’s quality managers can work towards their next objective: achieving the international model of process evaluation CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration), which refers to the models that contain the best practices that help organisations improve their processes. The continuous work at the level of quality also aims to improve the level of maturity in the renewal of the ISO certificates, which is carried out annually.
