We here in LOYIC have created a SAP solution to monitor the occupancy of properties leased to third parties. This is a development in SAP FIORI, supported by Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).

Our Stacking Plan visually shows all the relevant information about this area of real estate asset management.

It improves the standard occupancy report in ALV format and graphically represents the occupancy by floor of the ‘n’ buildings included in a representative economic unit of a real estate asset.

As a SAP consulting company, we are proud of developing a tool that makes checking and monitoring the occupancy of buildings leased to third parties a simple and transparent task.

Our SAP solutions allows:

The distribution of the rental surfaces to be graphically represented by floors, including basements with parking places.

The building's occupancy status can be seen from three points of view:

  • TENANTS. If you select this parameter, the colour code will be different according to the tenant occupying that particular rental surface.
  • CONTRACT DUE DATES. If you select this parameter, the colour code will be different if the rental surface is vacant or occupied; in the second case, each rental surface will be represented with a different colour based on the year that the occupancy contract expires.
  • BREAK OPTIONS. If you select this parameter, the colour code will be different if the rental surface is vacant or occupied; in the second case, each rental surface will be represented with a different colour based on the break option included in the contract.

More functionalities

For each leased surface, you can see the number of residents, the rental surface data (m2), the rent (€/m2) and the contract due date (or the next break option if this parameter has been selected).

The documents can be printed.

This allows for the larger or smaller rental surfaces to be represented based on the square metres that comprise the total square metres on the floor.
